Are taxes and import fees included in the price?
When shipping to the EU, the price shown is final and includes the European value-added tax (VAT).
When shipping outside of the EU (e.g. United States or United Kingdom), the price does not include taxes or other import duties and you will be asked to pay them upon delivery – the fees will be collected by the shipping provider. The process is very straightforward.
What is the final price in US dollar (USD) or other currency?
We only accept payments in € (Euro) and CZK (Czech Koruna). If your card or bank account is in a different currency, the conversion will happen automatically on checkout:
When checking out using card payment via Stripe, the currency will be converted using your card issuer's rate.
When using PayPal, by default the currency conversion is provided by PayPal and you will see the final price in your currency during checkout. However, there is an option in PayPal checkout to be billed in the original currency (CZK). In this case the currency will be converted using your card issuer's exchange rate which may be different from PayPal's.
For direct bank transfer you can use services like Wise.com which offer currency conversion.
Can I use a different billing address?
Yes, please put it into the Notes and we will process the invoice manually. Both addresses need to be in the same country.
Can I provide my EU VAT ID?
Yes, please put it into the notes together with your company name and billing address. We will then process process your order manually and let you know when you can proceed with the payment.
How do you use my personal information?
Your personal information is kept only for informing about firmware updates and similar events.
