Consent to the processing of personal data

1. By accepting the terms of this agreement, I give my consent to the processing of my personal data by Beetlecrab s.r.o., company seated at Na Folimance 2155/15, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, IČ: 07768354, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, under File No. C 307269, as amended by Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation), namely:

a) name and surname,

b) name of a company,

c) e-mail address,

d) telephone number.

2. I acknowledge that the above mentioned company is the controller of the personal data with regards to the above mentioned directive and, by giving my consent, processes personal information for the purpose of:

a) targeted advertisement,

b) sending business messages,

c) archiving my shopping preferences,

d) Cookies.

3. My consent to the processing of my above mentioned personal data is unbounded, granular, positive and freely given.

4. I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw my consent; such withdrawal of consent has to be sent in written form to the controller’s email address makers@playtempera.com.

5. Personal data will be processed by the controller; personal data can be processed for the controller by processors, namely:

a) IT suppliers,

b) a software provider,

c) other processing software, application and service providers that are not being used currently by the company.

6. I acknowledge, that with regard to the above mentioned directive, I have the right to:

a) require confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning me are being processed, require copies of such personal data from controller,

b) require access to my personal information, on my request the controller is obliged to edit, update or restrict the processing of my personal data,

c) require deletion of my personal information, object to the means of processing, make a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or contact a court.
